1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice are available

Returns requested after the return window may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or physically damaged products
  • Products without original packaging or accessories
  • Personal audio products (earbuds, earphones, headphones) once used, due to hygiene reasons
  • Clearance or special sale items (unless defective)

3. Replacement Policy

If a product arrives damaged or defective:

  • We will arrange a replacement after verification.
  • Customers may be asked to provide photos or videos of the issue.
  • Replacement will be shipped once the returned product passes inspection.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Replacement product is unavailable
  • Order cancelled before shipment
  • Verified defective or damaged product

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide:
    • Order ID
    • Product details
    • Reason for return
    • Photos/videos (if applicable)

Our support team will guide you through the return process.


6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), return shipping will be covered by us.
  • For other approved returns, shipping charges may apply.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled:

  • Before shipment confirmation
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and standard return policy applies.

8. Refund Approval

All returns are subject to inspection. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after successful verification.
